I’m Catia Carvalho-Trooskin, a fractional client success and account operations partner helping growing businesses retain clients, manage delivery, and create stronger account relationships.

Before launching Troo Virtual Services, I spent 18 years in wholesale sales, account management, and product development in the fashion industry. During that time, I managed multimillion-dollar retail accounts, worked with cross-functional teams, and sold more than $50M in personal wholesale sales volume.

 

That experience shaped how I work today.

 

I know that long-term client relationships are not built by accident. They are built through trust, communication, consistency, follow-through, and the ability to understand what a client needs before things fall apart.

 

Today, I bring that same client-centered, commercially minded approach to businesses that need stronger structure around client success, project delivery, and account operations.

Approach

Client-First Thinking. - I look at the business through the lens of the client experience: what clients need, what they were promised, where communication may be breaking down, and where retention or growth opportunities may exist.

Structure Without Overcomplication  - I help create simple systems for client communication, project tracking, onboarding, follow-up, and accountability — without building processes that are too heavy to maintain.

Strategic Follow-Through. - I am not there to simply “do tasks.” I help keep the right priorities moving, identify gaps, and support the follow-through that protects client trust.

Account Growth Mindset - Because of my sales and account management background, I naturally look for opportunities to deepen relationships, improve retention, and support long-term growth.

Experience

My background includes 18 years in wholesale sales, account management, product development, and client relationship management. I have managed high-value national retail accounts, collaborated with internal and external teams, supported complex timelines, and helped drive more than $50M in personal sales volume.

 

More recently, I have worked with consultants, agencies, coaches, and growing businesses as a project management and operations partner — helping manage client delivery, internal priorities, communication, workflows, and project follow-through.

 

My strength is sitting at the intersection of client relationships, project management, and operations. I help businesses create the structure needed to serve clients well, keep work moving, and grow without relying on founder memory, scattered messages, or constant fire drills.
